Denise M. Demmitt, a native of Southern California, has
resided in Cleveland, Ohio for the past 25 years. Ms. Demmitt attended high school at Simi Valley High School in Simi Valley, California,
where she was involved in honors classes, marching band, student
government and athletics.

            Denise attended First College at Cleveland State
University for her undergraduate work and graduated in 1996 with a
B.A. in Religious Studies with minors in Philosophy and Political
Science. Ms. Demmitt attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and
graduated in 1999. She was admitted to the practice of law in the
State of Ohio in November, 2000. In addition to being a member of the
Ohio State Bar, Attorney Demmitt is licensed to practice law in the
Federal Courts.

            Attorney Demmitt spent the first 12 years of her career in
solo private practice in Northern Ohio. Her practice areas were
predominately criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. Ms.
Demmitt has successfully represented many defendants in high profile
felony criminal cases since the inception of her career.

            Attorney Demmitt is an experienced trial lawyer. Her
current practice areas include: criminal defense in all felony,
misdemeanor, and appellate matters; Divorce & family law, juvenile
law, including juvenile delinquency, child custody, and support
matters; General civil litigation, including personal injury claims,
automobile accidents, contract disputes, wrongful termination,
retaliatory discharge, and discrimination. Attorney Demmitt also
practices Constitutional law and matters involving police misconduct
and constitutional violations of our Individual Rights. Denise also
handles residential and commercial real estate matters, landlord
tenant issues and eviction. Attorney Demmitt is well-versed in Probate
matters, including wills, estate administration, will contest, and
guardianships. Attorney Demmitt is a member of the Westshore Bar
Association, the Ohio Bar Association, and the Cuyahoga Criminal
Defense Lawyers Association.

            As a final note, Attorney Demmitt, in collaboration with
Stephen Bryant, R.N. of Demmitt & Company, is currently in the process
of launching a large legal and educational center, with a holistic
approach to educational programming that seeks to address the
educational, emotional, mental, financial, familial, medical, and
legal needs of criminal defendants, in an attempt to combat recidivism
and reduce the amount of repeat criminal offenders and the magnitude
